Born and raised in the Washington DC Metropolitan area, CEO and Founder Megan Allen is a devoted wife and mother of two. She has worked in healthcare for nearly 2 decades and is currently an adjunct professor.
Megan holds an MBA from University of Maryland University College, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Legal Studies from Strayer University, a Certificate in Mediation, and a Certificate in Women's Entrepreneurship from Cornell University. In addition to enthusiastically serving as QBSC’s President, Megan is an author and speaker.
Megan has a passion to help others in any capacity she can. Whether it is sharing knowledge, allocating resources, or lending a helping hand, she is always right there when you need her.
COO and co-Founder Charita is a married mom of one. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Management Studies from University of Maryland University College and a Certificate in Women's Entrepreneurship from Cornell University. Charita is employed as the Chief Editor at Matthews Media Management. Charita also serves at QBSC's Vice President.
Charita describes herself as a lifetime student who embraces the opportunity to study a wide array of topics. Her passion is to spread knowledge to anyone who will listen, and to help that person set and achieve their personal goals.
